Rates
- 30 minutes: $50
- 60 minutes: $90
- 90 minutes: $135
Methods of Payment
- Accepted methods of payment are cash and checks, no credit cards.
- I do not accept insurance at this time. However, I can provide you with a receipt which you can submit to your insurance carrier or flex spending account. To complete the form for submission, you will need to have a prescription stating a diagnosis from your doctor.
General Policies
- If you are currently under medical care for any condition or injury (including pregnancy), please make sure you have doctor consent to receive massage therapy.
- Please arrive a few minutes early to your session to fill out a short intake form.
- Sometimes lateness is unavoidable. We schedule appointments leaving plenty of time between sessions to allow for this. If you are going to be late, please call just to let us know you are on your way!
- If you need to cancel an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you do cancel without notice, the full session fee will be expected. Thank you for your understanding!
